Cedars-Sinai Health System retains an outside research firm to continually survey patients about the experience they had at the Cedars-Sinai Outpatient Surgery Center while receiving care.
These surveys are conducted by NRC and The Picker Institute, a consumer and a healthcare research organization. The surveys are based on research done by The Picker Institute and Harvard University researchers on what is most important to patients in healthcare settings.
The chart below reports the percentage of patients who rated the care they received at the Cedars-Sinai Outpatient Surgery Center as good to excellent.
These data are compared to the percentage of all other outpatient surgery patients at hospitals surveyed by The Picker Institute who rated their care as good to excellent.
