Pediatric Corneal Transplant and
Ophthalmic Genetics Program

Pediatric Corneal Transplant and Ophthalmic Genetics Program treats pediatric patients with congenital anomalies of the cornea that require corneal transplantation.

Cedars-Sinai is one of only two centers in the western United States that routinely performs pediatric corneal transplant procedures, and we are a leader in research and treatment of keratoconus, a genetic disease of the cornea and the second most common cause of cornea transplants in the United States.
