Classes for Employees
Cedars-Sinai recognizes the importance of a strong management team supported by skilled employees. That's why the medical center offers a wide range of classes and seminars designed to give employees the tools they need to successfully meet the growing demands of their job. Management development classes in communication skills, goal setting, organizational skills, finance budgeting and human resources policies and procedures are among the classes offered throughout the year.
Job training and skills development is also a high priority at the medical center. Classes in computers, business writing, interpersonal skills, financial management and career planning are offered on an ongoing basis to all employees.
